Their story

Surah al-Qalam tells of the owners of a garden who swore to harvest it at dawn without saying 'if Allah wills', so that no poor person would come to them. In the night a visitation came over the garden while they slept, and they found it ruined; they blamed one another and turned to their Lord (68:17–33).

islamweb's encyclopedia gives the commentators' report that it was in Yemen, after the time of 'Isa, as reports rather than certainty; the Quran gives the story as a lesson for those who withhold the right of the poor.
