Drinking in three breaths

الشرب على ثلاثة أنفاس

He ﷺ drank in three breaths, taking breath outside the vessel.

Sahih

The practice

Anas reports in Muslim that the Prophet ﷺ used to breathe three times while drinking, outside the vessel, and said it quenched thirst better and was more wholesome.

islamweb's fatwas count this among the manners of drinking, and add that drinking in one breath or in more than three is no sin, only leaving what is better.
